With 20+ years leading business systems, commercial IT, and enterprise applications, I specialize in stepping into ambiguous, high-stakes situations and delivering outcomes that had stalled or seemed out of reach. What I've Done Early in my career I was hired as a database consultant and ended up building a client's IT department from 2 people to 25, running a mission-critical data center migration under real stakes. Being handed a narrow mandate and trusted to execute something much larger has defined my career since. At Carbon Black, I rescued a failing Lead-to-Close Salesforce transformation in four months while concurrently leading a company-wide GDPR program with no formal authority or budget. I built the procurement organization from scratch, reducing spend $500K+ in the first quarter, and led the post-breach redeployment of our build and certificate signing systems on behalf of the CEO and CISO. At Curriculum Associates, I built the IT Business Partnering function from scratch to a team of 14, embedding partners across 11 business units so IT anticipated needs instead of reacting to them. I also led deployment of an AI-driven purchase order parser built on a human-review governance model, an approach to responsible AI adoption I've carried into every AI conversation since. I know the difference between a company that says it wants change and one that's actually ready for it. I've managed distributed teams across the US, EMEA, and India, partnering with CMOs, CROs, and CFOs to translate strategy into execution, with the same rigor applied to GDPR, SOC 2, and PCI DSS compliance as to any other system I own.
