Over the past 18+ years, I've progressed from software engineer to engineering leader, product executive, and founder, leading teams of up to 100 people and taking products from discovery through product-market fit, commercialisation, and What makes my journey different is the experience I've gained working across engineering, product, and venture building. As a product and engineering leader, founder, and operator, I've learned that the most meaningful problems rarely belong to one function. They emerge where technology, customer needs, and commercial strategy intersect, and solving them requires connecting those worlds rather than optimising them in I've always been drawn to building, whether products, platforms, teams, or businesses. I enjoy taking ideas from ambiguity to execution, using customer discovery, rapid experimentation, and evidence-driven decision-making to reduce uncertainty and build products that customers genuinely One belief has remained constant throughout my career: the best product teams don't fall in love with the solution, they fall in love with the problem. It's a principle that shapes how I lead teams, make decisions, and build products. The best products are built by teams where people feel safe to challenge assumptions, curiosity is valued over certainty, learning is celebrated as much as success, and culture-add matters more than culture-fit. Those are the environments I strive to Today, I'm particularly interested in how AI is reshaping not just software, but how products are built, teams collaborate, and businesses execute. I believe we're only at the beginning of this I'm always happy to connect with people building ambitious products, exploring AI, or rethinking how software gets built.
