Those two experiences — systems thinking and field reality — have shaped everything since. Today I work at the intersection of AI, sustainability, and international development. At EY as Director of Global Industries, I spent a decade shaping $80M+ in AI and ESG investments, driving $1B+ in new revenues across 300 strategic accounts, and building climate finance programmes that unlocked €100M+ in EU funds for hard-to-abate industrial clients. My focus sits between capital commitments and infrastructure on the ground — when AI becomes an asset class that must be priced, financed and delivered; when a decarbonization strategy needs to translate into bankable projects; when a digital infrastructure plan has to survive contact with institutional complexity. Europe as a reference framework. Africa as a stress test. I bring senior experience across private sector (EY, Ericsson), public institutions (European Commission, Italian ministries), and the development sector (Engineers Without Borders, UN implementing organisations) — across 20+ countries and teams spanning Americas, EMEA and I'm looking for the next chapter where these threads converge — AI, sustainability, and international development. Not necessarily all three at once. But where the work is serious and the impact is measurable.
