I design systems that turn complex business processes into scalable, reliable operations. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technical execution. I combine AI, workflow automation, data infrastructure, and system design to build solutions that reduce manual work, improve decision-making, and enable teams to operate more effectively.I am particularly drawn to problems where the process is fragmented, the systems do not exist yet, and someone needs to turn ambiguity into a clear operating model. I have engineered systems across GTM, outbound, lead enrichment, customer operations, internal documentation, and workflow automation.I work best in early-stage and high-growth environments where speed matters, processes are still evolving, and thoughtful automation can create meaningful leverage.Currently building with Claude Code, Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, n8n, Python, SQL, and modern AI tooling.
