His work spans GTM strategy design, operating model restructuring, and AI-led transformation, with direct accountability for business outcomes. Recent work includes redesigning the seller GTM journey to add ₹40Cr/month in GMV, building and scaling a new revenue line from concept to ₹5Cr/month in six months, and restructuring the sales operating model to deliver 15% productivity improvement and 2Cr in annual savings. Prior to Cars24, Deepanshu led GTM strategy and route-to-market architecture at Bharti Airtel across four circles — managing 800 channel partners and 1,800 sales executives and delivered +4ppt market share growth in Punjab over three quarters. At Maruti Suzuki, he managed six dealer networks generating ₹30Cr of monthly turnover, delivering 16% YoY vehicle sales growth.
