I view every internal team as my customer. My role is to identify operational bottlenecks, eliminate repetitive work, and build systems that allow people to focus on the work that creates the most value. Whether that's CRM architecture, AI agents, custom software, or workflow automation, my goal is the same: transform operational complexity into scalable systems. Outside of work, I enjoy music, travel, athletics, philosophy, and exploring new technology. I believe the best ideas often come from stepping outside your comfort zone, staying curious, and learning across disciplines.
