I manage the GTM stack/ Revenue infra as a product. Shipped through roadmaps, not tickets. Measured by adoption and revenue impact, not That’s the discipline I spent my product career on — Microsoft, Clearwave, IBM: discovery, PRDs, roadmaps, landing change through change management. Then I made it deliberate, earning GTM and Revenue Architecture certifications through Winning by Design, and going deep on the layer underneath — CRM architecture, data models, workflows, and integrations. The internal revenue system is the product. GTM operators are the Founder of Qusudi Qusudi is where I point that work directly at how companies sell. I work with Seed to Series A B2B SaaS founders who’ve outgrown founder-led sales.
