My background combines a University of Cape Town civil engineering degree, close to 10 years in marine construction, an MBA, and practical founder/operator experience across renewable energy, regulated wine commerce, property assets, commercial advisory and multi-jurisdictional operations. I have moved between technical delivery, director-level responsibility, asset management, venture building, commercial strategy and international operations. That path has made me useful in situations where owners, boards or executives need someone to diagnose the real issue, align stakeholders, build a practical commercial route forward and help move from ambiguity to execution. Recent work includes building a regulated South African wine e-commerce business in Sweden from zero to 1,000+ regular customers, founding and operating a renewable energy asset, supporting principals with asset management and due diligence, and developing commercial positioning for a conservation-led wine venture. I am based in Stockholm and am interested in interim, fractional or mandate-based senior roles across commercial leadership, transformation, strategic projects, GTM, market entry and cross-border operations.
