I am currently a Principal Product Manager at Microsoft, where I lead the Customer Success and Product Success teams for Azure Edge and AI, the company's intelligent edge platform. As the leader of these teams, I am responsible for defining, planning, and executing Strategic Frameworks, which captures and funnels customer and partner feedback and requirements to prioritize the features and resources needed for our Horizon 2 and Horizon 3 products. I also create consensus between the different technical product managers on timelines and deadlines to create a joint product roadmap that is communicated to key customers and early adopters. Additionally, I lead the creation of end-to-end solutions that span across different products and domains, ensuring that they meet customers' needs and expectations. My mission is to drive growth and innovation in edge AI and hybrid cloud solutions and to foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and customer success within my teams and across the organization.
