In the earlier role, lead the expansion for Cleartax to Malaysia (0 to 1 journey), leading to a business of $4 Mn ARR in 15 months of launch, landing some of the biggest logos of Malaysia. Juggling between different functions: Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Sales Operations. Worked as a Product Manager with Shadowfax. Experienced in problem solving, doing POCs and then building a scalable product working in tight tandem with the tech teams and Junior PMs to drive Customer Experience, Partner Retention and New Clients Growth at Shadowfax. Was also involved in the Strategy Operations team here where I drove key strategic partnerships, cost reduction projects and process improvement across the firm. Worked as a Consultant with Kearney for over 2 years. Been involved in working across multiple sectors - Consumer Retail (Apparel), Solar PV Industry, Metals & Mining and Oil & Gas and multiple verticals - EBITDA Improvement, Growth Strategy, Supply Chain Network Design, Working Capital Reduction, Post-COVID Recovery, Product Lifecycle Management.
