Most people think they don't have a story worth telling. I used to think the same about myself. Growing up, I wasn't the loudest person in the room. I wasn't the guy with all the answers. But I learned something important at the gym that changed how I see everything: consistency beats talent. Show up. Do the work. The results will follow. That mindset opened doors I never expected. I started working with Olympians, TEDx speakers, CEOs, people who had one thing in common: they had knowledge that could change lives, but they didn't know how to share it. So I found my thing: helping experts take what's in their head and turn it into something real. A book. A legacy. Something their kids can hold. I've worked with over 30 people to make that happen. Each one different. Each one with a story that mattered. When I'm not doing this, you'll probably find me at the gym. There's something meditative about lifting heavy things and putting them down. It clears my head. Keeps me grounded. Life's pretty simple when you break it down: help people, stay consistent, and don't skip leg day.
