Having spent 10 years across Ops, Sales, and Program Management at companies like Amazon, Uber, and PayPal, I’ve learned that career growth can look different at the various seasons. My journey has been a series of pivots—some I wanted, and others I didn’t. My definition of career success has changed a lot over the years. Today, I operate by a few core principles: • Ownership: You are the primary stakeholder of your career, especially when things don’t go as planned. • Execution: Focus on the work directly in front of you. Results speak louder than titles. • Integrity & Kindness: Being a good person and treating others exactly how you want to be treated. In 2022, I created NoCeilings because we’ve all heard about the 'glass ceiling'—but I’m not interested in just looking at it. I want to build a brand that helps us shatter it.
