The work codifies into The Operator's Edge: a three-layer thesis for the AI-native era, sharpening since 2024, AWS Analyticon submission May AI is collapsing the iteration cycle. The same compression collapses the human development cycle, giving younger operators a faster path to mid-senior seats. With the analytics value chain largely systemized, judgment becomes the new bottleneck. Three GTM frameworks pioneered for E&U: Industry Impact (sole AWSI standard with executive endorsement), Stages of Adoption (segment's first cloud adoption taxonomy), Private Pricing Impact (B2B contracts shaping ~76% of revenue). Led the org's AI Transformation: a 12-week engagement with 2 VPs and 5 Directors that secured ~$150M for agentic GenAI in Subsurface and Grid Modernization; Sales Plays scaled to 16 solutions, ~$150M ARR over 40 Outside the day job, a long-form interview series on judgment formation.
