Prior to his current role, Ayush served as the Head of Partnerships for Home Products at Google. In this capacity, he was responsible for maximizing subscription services revenue through the leveraging of Google's smart home devices. He successfully launched new products, expanded sales channels, and grew customer acquisition for subscription-based services across North America. Ayush's expertise also extends to major acquisitions and integration efforts of consumer brands such as Nest and FitBit into Google. Prior to joining Google, Ayush held the position of Senior Director of Retail and Reverse Product Solutions at Brightstar Corporation. In this role, he developed and managed a team focused on trade-in and buyback customer acquisition program at Best Buy across North America.
