I’m a go-to-market and operations operator who likes messy problems: unclear markets, manual workflows, inconsistent pipelines, and turning them into systems that scale.

More

Today, I run growth and execution at Acephalt (fractional COO), where we’re building AI-driven due diligence for VCs and family offices. I partner closely with the CEO and CFO to move fast, pressure-test direction, and turn customer signal into shipped product and repeatable revenue. What I do best (early-stage B2B): Build end-to-end pipeline engines: outbound → qualification → follow-up → onboarding → feedback loop Design RevOps systems in HubSpot and automation workflows to make execution consistent Turn qualitative signal (calls, objections, usage) into product and GTM decisions Recent outcomes at Acephalt: - 250+ customer interviews validating demand - 100+ high-intent VC firms on our waitlist - Early sales + ~$1M pipeline generated - Systematized prospecting and follow-up using LinkedIn workflows + HubSpot automations At AgentFire, I built my foundation in high-volume SaaS sales execution. I consistently met or exceeded a monthly quota of 25 qualified demos, maintained a ~70% held rate, and drove ~30% close rate on sourced opportunities through disciplined qualification and follow-up. I also helped build the SDR function from zero: hiring, training, coaching, and process infrastructure, sourcing $21K+ USD in new deals per month. Before that, I co-founded Lutendi Systems, a proptech platform helping property managers report rent to credit bureaus and reduce delinquencies by 70%+. I led ops and B2B sales, supported a team of 10+, and helped secure $500K (grants, investment, and debt). We grew past $100K+ annual revenue and built a pipeline supporting $4M ARR in potential contracts. I managed partnerships and integrations with Equifax, TransUnion, and property management systems including Yardi and Buildium. Earlier in my career, I worked in audit at PwC and in commercial real estate consulting (IRR and cash-on-cash modeling, budgeting, due diligence, and reporting). I care about speed, clarity, and execution. If you want to talk AI due diligence workflows, outbound strategy, or building a pipeline engine from zero, DM me.
