At Microsoft, it meant 10% QoQ conversion growth across 11 markets. In both cases, the work started with understanding the user's real problem first. With a background across B2B marketing, technical support, and digital platforms, I speak the language of engineers, commercial teams, and end users without losing anyone along the way.
