With over 7 years of experience in this role, I have developed a custom program management application on the Salesforce Platform, which has significantly improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. I am also a certified Salesforce developer, administrator, and advanced administrator, demonstrating my proficiency in various Salesforce technologies and tools. I have a strong background in computer science, having earned a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. I am passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems and improve business processes.
