I lead AI adoption and capability building across leaders, HR, L&D, technology and teaching teams to design AI skilling streams for different groups, embed AI into curriculum and everyday workflows. I particularly look at what it takes to shift culture, not just roll out tools. I design strategies that help build trust, respect different levels of readiness, and make AI adoption feel like support rather than another top-down I love spending time listening to what people are trying to do and help them test small changes together. I also look after the engagement side of the strategy.
