Product, GTM, AI systems, and community builder with nearly 20 years of experience across UX research, product design, front-end development, growth systems, team leadership, and regional ecosystem building. I help teams turn complex ideas into clear products, scalable systems, stronger narratives, and healthier ways of working. My experience spans TradeCentric, Transnetyx, Reelist, Smart Air, accelerator programs, as well as startups and grassroots operator communities across the Southeast USA and Asia. I’m also a founding director of The AI Collective Hampton Roads and Regional Director for The AI Collective Mid-Atlantic region, supporting leaders and chapters across VA, DC, MD, DE, and WV. My community work focuses on practical, human-centered AI adoption in regions often overlooked by traditional tech hubs. Currently available as a fractional product, GTM, AI enablement, design systems, and systems-building resource for teams that need senior-level strategy and hands-on execution without adding a full-time role. I build at the intersection of research, design, systems thinking, code, culture, and community, with human beings at the center while the AI revolution moves fast.
