Most recently, I helped Cloud Infrastructure's enterprise business from million-dollar ARR to billion-dollar ARR in two years by connecting product capabilities, customer workflows, and operational systems. My work lives in the gap between experimentation and production: • Moving AI agents from pilot to enterprise deployment • Designing consumption-based growth engines • Aligning engineering tradeoffs with executive revenue outcomes • Building 0→1 incubation and scale-out GTM for new platforms and agentic systems, including identity and governance I now advise early-stage AI and enterprise SaaS companies as Signal & Scale - fractional product and GTM leadership that moves teams from prototype to Customer Zero to repeatable adoption. Alongside advisory work, I build the tools that operationalize the frameworks: Deal Risk Monitor and The Advisor are both live, with case studies at org/case-studies. Outside of bringing tech to business, I work with a small group of women on strength training and career development, applying the same principles: progressive load, feedback loops, disciplined growth - across physical and professional performance.
