I spend most of my time looking at how GTM teams actually run outbound today, where it breaks, and what's changing as signals and AI shift the stack. the patterns are pretty consistent once you've seen enough of I work at bitscale. we're a GTM platform that handles waterfall enrichment across 18+ providers, intent signals, and AI personalization in one place. BitScale
I found Bitscale as a user before I joined. We were running outbound and it was the one tool in our stack that actually worked the way it was supposed to. I kept thinking, why does nobody know about this. So I reached out to the founders and told them exactly that. They brought me on to own GTM from the top. Now I spend my time talking to operators building or fixing their outbound motion, looking at what's working, what's not, and where the market is moving as signals and AI reshape the stack. Bitscale is a GTM platform. Waterfall enrichment across 18+ providers, intent signals, AI personalization.

26ideas
26ideas was my first startup. Came in to run sales and partnerships, three months out of B-school with no real experience selling anything. Spent the time prospecting, pitching, drafting outbound, sitting in on calls, figuring out what a sales motion actually feels like from inside a small team. Also my first exposure to running a stack on AI and modern GTM tools. That last part quietly changed everything for me. Most of what I do now traces back to those three months.

Summer internship during my MBA. Came in for social media marketing, ended up dabbling in event content, sales, and sponsorships. First time doing this work inside a real team instead of a classroom. Made a lot of mistakes early. Got better fast. The marketing and sales were the obvious lessons. The real one was learning how to deal with people. Seniors, peers, the customers across the table. That part doesn't show up in any syllabus.

Took this on right after a digital marketing course. Wanted to actually run the playbooks I'd been studying instead of just reading about them. Seven months of the whole shebang. Social media, digital marketing, content, paid, the works. First real taste of marketing inside a small team where you do everything yourself because there's no one else to hand it to. Came in thinking marketing might be the career. Left realising I loved it more as a craft than as a job. Useful thing to figure out at twenty.
