Over 15 years leading GTM and enterprise sales across EMEA in data, AI, and cloud-native technology — most recently building DataStax's High-Value Motion (HVM) from the ground up: designing the playbook, hiring and coaching the team, and turning it into a repeatable, high-conversion engine in under 12 months, before stepping up to lead the full EMEA West region (UK&I, France, Benelux, Iberia, Israel). Before that, 7+ years at Oracle scaling enterprise cloud accounts — including leading a team of 7 account managers to consistently exceed 100% of target and growing a competitive book of business by 80%+ through territory and account planning. What I bring: — 0→1 GTM building: proven track record standing up new sales motions, territories, and playbooks in high-growth and newly-acquired businesses — Team scaling & coaching: hiring, developing, and holding accountable teams of 10–25+ across multi-country regions — Enterprise & consumption-model selling: from Oracle Cloud (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) to NoSQL/vector database and AI infrastructure (Astra DB, Langflow) — Executive engagement: managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deal cycles from discovery through close — Post-acquisition integration: currently leading IBM's Data brand GTM in UK&I following the DataStax acquisition I'm focused on where enterprise data infrastructure meets applied AI — and on building the teams and motions that turn that shift into durable revenue.
