As Business Head – Healthcare, I lead the vision, P&L, and expansion strategy to redefine how pet parents experience healthcare in India. As a pet parent to my cat, Dota, I am deeply motivated to solve healthcare in a way that makes sense to me personally — with empathy, trust, and quality at the center of every interaction. Earlier, as a founding team member, I scaled Supertails’ e-commerce business from the ground up — launching multiple private labels, building ads & pricing engines, driving flagship sales events, and scaling ARR from ₹0 → ₹180 Cr. My journey spans strategy at BCG, mobility & category building at Ola and Uber, and academic stints at IIT Kanpur, IIM Calcutta (Institute Ranker), and University of Mannheim.
