My work sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and users. I specialize in helping global field teams, developers, and enterprise customers successfully adopt advanced technical systems by translating capabilities into practical workflows, enablement assets, and real-world use cases. A core part of my role is learning directly from customers — understanding how they close security gaps, reduce operational overhead, and where products can evolve to better meet real needs. I’m particularly energized by: • Building scalable enablement systems • Creating technical narratives and artifacts that unlock adoption • Closing feedback loops between customers and engineering • Evangelizing complex technology clearly and credibly at global scale Across my career, I’ve worked exclusively in technology with exposure to AI, cybersecurity, compliance, finance, and healthcare. Highlights include product managing the launch of the IBM Z Security & Compliance Center (a modern CSPM solution for mainframe environments), contributing to AWS Security Blog publications, speaking at industry events, and being employee #2 at an early-stage startup. I currently work in a Technical Business Development organization for Cloud Security at AWS — a fast-growing area focused on helping customers securely operate at scale. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking the Adirondacks, playing soccer, and spending time with family and friends.
