Over the past 15+ years, I've worked across financial services, retail, eCommerce, logistics and property, helping organisations including Australia Post, REA Group, Toll, GE Money, and now through my own consultancy Copper Fox & Co, navigate growth, change and complexity.

More

My experience spans marketing, customer, product, partnerships and go-to-market with the common thread being helping businesses make better decisions. I've worked in large corporates, scale-ups and founder-led businesses. Different industries, different challenges but a surprisingly similar set of questions: > Where should we > What should we > How do we create > How do we bring people with us? Sometimes that's a new proposition, a go-to-market strategy or a strategic partnership. Other times it's helping leadership teams align around a common goal when competing priorities are pulling them in different directions. The longer I've worked in business, the more I've realised that growth rarely comes from doing more. It comes from making better choices, getting clear on what matters and staying focused long enough to see it 𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙄 𝙖𝙙𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙨𝙩 𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙚:✅ Market positioning and value proposition development✅ Go-to-market strategy and execution✅ Growth opportunities, partnerships and new revenue streams✅ Customer insight and commercial decision-making✅ Leadership alignment and strategic execution✅ Turning plans into practical, measurable outcomes𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙢𝙚:💡 Clarity – confidence in where to focus and what to do 💡 Alignment – people, priorities and execution moving in the same 💡 Growth – better decisions that create stronger commercial 𝙒𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙢𝙚:𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 > Providing senior growth and marketing leadership to bridge strategy and > Supporting leadership teams through periods of growth, change and transformation.
