Currently, I lead the Go-to-Market Commercial team at Indeed for APAC, where I design and execute strategies that accelerate adoption, revenue, and customer value. My team partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Product, and Operations to deliver successful product launches, optimize resources, and shape product roadmaps. Before this, I led Strategy & Operations for Southeast Asia at Indeed, delivering revenue growth, building partnerships, and enhancing product positioning. Earlier, I was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, where I advised C-suite leaders in banking, private equity, CPG, agriculture, and the public sector on growth strategy, digital transformation, and organizational redesign. My career began in engineering and public sector strategy, which gave me a strong foundation in both technical problem-solving and large-scale policy impact. Across roles, I’ve built a reputation for navigating complex matrix environments, building high-performing teams, and turning strategic insights into measurable results. Outside of work, I’m a curious learner who enjoys books, podcasts, and travel—though most of my energy these days goes into chasing after my two young sons, who keep me learning and on my toes.
