I’m the co-founder of a stealth growth platform helping mental health providers scale their practices through smarter referrals and sustainable, high-quality client acquisition. Demand for mental health services is surging, yet most providers still rely on outdated, manual referral networks. We believe there is a better way. Over the past 15 years, I’ve led product management and design teams for high-growth companies including American Express, Tonal, Eight Sleep, Aktiia/HiLo and beyond. My work has repeatedly delivered outsized impact: - Launched industry-first connected fitness products and medical devices - Turned around products and teams, improving customer satisfaction (NPS up 9x) and accelerating delivery (6x faster shipping) while scaling from Series A to D - Built regulatory and quality systems enabling FDA market pathways I also take on select advisory and fractional product leadership roles with companies in AI, consumer health tech, and growth.
