I’m a GTM systems leader with 12+ years of experience designing and deploying data-driven operating systems that improve how revenue organizations execute. My work sits at the intersection of sales, data, and engineering. I focus on how sellers make decisions—what signals they rely on, what data they’re missing, and where friction exists across tools—and work backward to design systems that support those decisions at scale. That means structuring how data, logic, and workflows connect across the full GTM system, ensuring each step produces what’s needed downstream so execution is consistent, not fragmented. At Vonage, I’ve led the design of the end-to-end GTM system across the customer journey—from signal-based prioritization and prospecting through opportunity management and customer handoff. That foundation enabled the deployment of AI-driven workflows (“AgentOps”) that embed decision support directly into rep execution, improving win rates, increasing conversion, and reducing non-selling time. Earlier in my career, I focused on data architecture and pipeline integrity, leading system migrations and improving how GTM data flows across tools and teams. That background in industrial engineering and Lean Six Sigma still shapes how I approach problems today: as systems to be designed, not just processes to be improved. I’m most effective in roles where I can take ambiguous, cross-functional challenges and turn them into scalable systems that drive real adoption and business impact. Long term, I’m interested in applying this approach to more complex environments where AI, data, and real-world systems intersect.
