“Good selling is about the art; exceptional selling is about the science.”

More

For more than 25 years, I have been leading Enterprise Software and Cloud go-to-market teams for world-class companies all over the globe while driving billions of dollars in value creation for the employees, customers, and shareholders I have served. I have had the privilege of holding the Office of the Chief Revenue Officer 3X over the last decade where I’ve built and scaled high performing GTM teams across private equity portfolio companies. In these roles I have been focused on recalibrating, transforming, and rapidly scaling midsize companies while delivering positive business outcomes and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. Most recently I led the GTM transformation for Firstup, a $100M privately held market leader in enterprise communications platforms. Prior to Firstup, I was the Chief Revenue Officer for Kyriba, a $250M privately held French/American FinTech company where the business surpassed growth records each year of my tenure. Before Kyriba, I led global sales at ClickSoftware, a $150M Israeli-based software company acquired by com in 2019. With a focus on the Science of Selling, my mission is to bring predictability, repeatability, and scalability to the organizations I lead while ensuring that exceptional customer outcomes remain at the center of the growth strategy for the company. I am based in Newport Beach, California and hold a degree in Computer Engineering from Clarkson University with a minor in Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and Cryptography. Beyond the office, I enjoy spending time with my two daughters, traveling throughout every corner of the world, and exploring unique culinary experiences while also pursuing my passions in adventure sports, photography, music, cooking, and wine tasting. Leadership Philosophy: enable your sales athletes to realize their fullest potential by coaching them to reach goals they could not otherwise reach on their own. Management Philosophy: the team does not work for you, you work for the team – invert the organization and empower every member of your team to be the CEO of a franchise for your business – make yourself a high-value asset to support the successful growth of each franchise. Operational Philosophy: measure everything, challenge the status quo, and operate with a sense of urgency as if every day is the end of the fiscal year. “Dreams are just a blueprint for reality – only you can make them come true.”
