Currently, I am part of Mahindra’s elite group-wide leadership development program, GMC. The program maps me to the most critical projects at Mahindra working with senior leaders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Managing the program delivery & risks of connected car features for Mahindra’s latest EV projects. Prior to this, managed the go-to market strategy for programs and pilots for Mahindra’s comprehensive farming solution for 2 years. The greatest compliment I received at work was for my out-of-box thinking in providing simple, implementable and scalable solutions to improve productivity in my logistics stint. My self-drive has helped me constantly learn from my experience and improving myself one day at a time. In the personal time I make for myself, you might find me: spending quality time with my family & friends, practicing yoga, trekking to unexplored places, travelling, reading about business, biographies & philosophy, playing badminton & board games, enjoying a long drive, watching movies & series or learning to play the keyboard.
