My work has ranged from mapping 95% of Twitter's communities on a single graph, to forecasting geopolitical events for counter-terrorism and election campaigns in Latin America, to eliminating astroturfed reviews and bot traffic at a major healthcare Most recently I've been building agentic AI at Snowflake, contributing to Raven, our GTM intelligence platform that now serves 35,000+ questions per week to 2,500+ sales and marketing users. Snowflake publicly reported 5x ROI and 65+ FTE-equivalent annual productivity from the assistant. My work has focused on MCP connector integrations, a CRM write-back skill that gives the agent the ability to create structured Salesforce data from unstructured conversations, a hybrid topic-modeling system for agent logs, and a GraphRAG knowledge graph prototype (FalkorDB-backed) for multi-hop reasoning. I lean toward a hybrid methodology on the team: traditional data science and graph techniques where they're deterministic and zero-token, LLMs reserved for where they're genuinely I have formal people-leadership experience, having led a team of 4 data analysts and been promoted to Staff on the strength of that leadership.
