At my core, I'm just curious—always questioning, exploring, and analyzing, often to the point where people jokingly threaten to walk away (but I promise it's worth it). This curiosity fuels my love for problem-solving, like building automated customer journeys that actually convert or figuring out why agents drop off mid-booking. Currently, I'm building lifecycle marketing systems at TravClan, designing behavioral triggers and multi-channel campaigns that drive real business outcomes. I also manage communities, execute Marketing Campaigns, and create automated content systems using prompt-engineered workflows that generate polished, scalable content. In my free time, which is mostly metro rides, a walk to the coffee machine or the nearest Ice cream place to my office, I somehow: Learn GTM Engineering, Read Book(s), Write for my LinkedIn and Personal Blog.
