This experience shaped my technical foundation and passion for using data to drive better As I transitioned into product management, I shifted from building custom solutions to identifying patterns and codifying them into scalable products. I championed the move to an internal Spark-based architecture, slashing annual COGS and operational overhead by $XM+ annually.
