But my core discipline is product. I climbed the full ladder — Product Manager, Portfolio Manager, Head of Product Management for EMEA, where I built the product organization, grew the software and services business ~40% year-on-year, and put a real operating model in place (Pragmatic Marketing Framework, CMMI-aligned requirements). From there I broadened into business strategy, global go-to-market and M&A. That means I own the whole line: the problem, the roadmap, the technology that delivers it, and the commercial motion that takes it to market. Most technology leaders go one way or the other. I've done That combination has played out at global scale. At Landis+Gyr as a VP I led a 60+ person global organization of Solution Directors and Architects across eight countries — Brazil, Finland, India, Japan, South Africa, Switzerland, the UK and the USA — reporting to the Group CEO/CTO, and drove the transformation of regional R&D into a single global organization. Earlier, as Head of Smart Grid & Business Strategy, I led EMEA strategy and a run of M&A — the acquisitions of PowerSense, EcologicAnalytics, GRIDiant and Consert — and built the endorsed SAP for Utilities partnership. At Schaeffler I owned global go-to-market for Smart Energy Solutions and, before that, led the partner ecosystem and M&A - the acquisitions and integrations of BEGA and Eco-Adapt. Responsible of developing and putting the Schaeffler OPTIME ecosystem to the global market. I work natively across Nordic, in several At CheckProof I led a combined product-and-technology remit through the company's early scaling — owning product strategy and execution, with the product organization reporting to me alongside engineering, QA, DevOps and architecture and security (ISO 27001). When we brought in a dedicated CPO in early 2026, I focused on technical product strategy, delivery and operations as CTO. Over 2025–2026 I also built a ~20-person engineering organization in Bandung, Indonesia from the ground The thread through all of it: taking hard, technical, long-cycle industrial products and turning them into something the market actually buys.
