I started my career in healthcare operations and documentation before joining an early-stage startup as its first employee.Working closely with founders exposed me to business development, partnerships, operations, candidate acquisition, and growth. I spent months building databases, managing outreach, researching markets, and creating pipelines from scratch — the manual work that many modern GTM systems are designed to scale.That experience sparked my interest in how high-growth companies build repeatable go-to-market processes.Today, I'm transitioning into GTM Engineering and Revenue Operations through mentorship, hands-on projects, and proof-of-work initiatives. I'm focused on understanding how data, systems, automation, and process design come together to create predictable growth.Currently exploring opportunities in GTM, RevOps, Growth Operations, and startup environments where I can learn fast, take ownership, and contribute from day one.
