My primary objective was the successful integration of both businesses, aligning teams, products, and go-to-market strategies to drive cohesive growth. Working directly with the executive leadership, I led key initiatives across revenue operations, product marketing, and customer expansion. I developed structured upsell and cross-sell programs, optimizing sales execution and significantly enhancing client retention and revenue growth.

As a founding team member at Sentinels, I played a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth, from initial funding rounds through to a successful strategic acquisition. Our mission was to transform compliance operations for financial institutions, specifically in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT). My core responsibilities included designing and executing our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, empowering our clients to efficiently meet their compliance objectives, and cultivating a dynamic, supportive environment where our team could grow professionally and personally while enjoying the journey.
