I work at the intersection of AI, transformation, and human systems—helping organizations redesign work, improve decision-making, and navigate moments that change everything: growth, M&A, operating model shifts, workforce transformation, and scale. My focus increasingly sits across two complementary lenses: • Workflow Intelligence — understanding how work actually happens and where value is created, lost, or accelerated • Decision Intelligence — improving how leaders and organizations make decisions in complex environments Across financial services, insurance, technology, fintech, and growth environments in 15+ countries, I’ve partnered with leaders to connect strategy, people, operations, and execution. Outside of work, I’m active in The Explorers Club, where I participate in scientific exploration, drive youth leadership, and further opportunities that help the next generation build curiosity, resilience, and confidence through real-world exploration. I also host conversations at the intersection of AI, leadership, resilience, and the future of work.
