Right now, I'm a Worldwide Gen AI GTM Specialist for Amazon Bedrock at AWS, where I own capacity strategy, model launches, migrations, and end-of-life communications across every segment. My days are spent helping customers unblock complex AI workloads from initial intro through technical validation, and creating clarity for distributed teams navigating a rapidly evolving landscape. Before this, I spent two years as an AI/ML Enablement Program Manager at AWS, where I helped redesign a global enablement system based on what the field was actually telling us. I scaled it to 35,000+ sellers across 26 countries, launched a certification program (900+ certified), and built the playbooks, content infrastructure, and operational rhythms that made it all repeatable and scalable. Over 9+ years, I've learned that success in this space comes from asking the right questions, translating between what customers want and what the technology can deliver, and building programs that make everyone around you better at their jobs. I started my career in sports (IMG College, Columbus Crew, 2015 NHL All-Star Weekend), which is where I first learned what it means to execute high-profile programs with precision. Outside work: new dad to Harrison, husband to Lindsey, bernedoodle owner (Dunkin), passionate about fitness, and always exploring new cultures.
