I'm a Cloud GTM and Marketplace Operations leader with a decade of experience across ISV, reseller and cloud provider sides of the equation. I hold a Customer Advisory Board seat at io and serve on AWS and GCP Partner Advisory boards so I'm as comfortable shaping roadmaps with Cloud providers as I am untangling a 300-ticket escalation backlog. Increasingly, I'm applying AI tools (n8n, Anthropic Claude) to operational gaps finding leverage in places most Ops teams haven't looked yet.
