dedicated to strategic, economic, and sustainable outcome objectives that required crafting highly creative win themes and novel sustainability solutions. It highlights the true value of working in public sector (catering to governments, education, healthcare, and non-profits), where the impact is broadly towards the betterment of people's lives, the world we live in, and spans across generations.Working together with highly skilled professionals taught me that every small improvement matters and contributes to innovation. No effort is too small and it is not just big actions that make a difference. From making small continuous improvements (e.g., FAQs, sharing sessions, reusable content, and more), to creating Partner Playbooks that provide go-to-market strategy and guidance; writing multiple unsolicited proposals for public sector customers across ASEAN to assist in developing our presence in these markets; informing key government customers regarding the economic benefits of cloud, and our procurement methodology and framework, by analysing and simplifying complex models; These efforts resulted in distinct company awards and accolades locally, regionally, and globally for contributing to our business results (deal wins, target attainment, YoY growth) and customer impact.In my view, achievements and innovation is a holistic undertaking with deliberate actions towards not only career development but also towards social responsibility, commitment to peace, justice, and community progress. With this in mind, I participated in multiple philanthropy work throughout my young adulthood and professional career. In 2015, I participated in the IBM Corporate Services Corps program and worked with the Department of Health South Africa in Ekurhuleni to improve health services quality, performance, planning, and resource distribution. In high school, I served as president of the student council and advocated for zero-waste management and community service for the elderly home, and during university, assisted in residential-foster homes for street children. I participate in foundations that uphold human rights for marginalised communities and safeguard the environment. Outside work, I love art, quality books, fitness enthusiast, chess and badminton athlete, and a lifelong learner.
