Most of my job is taking something a business currently does by hand - quote building, reporting, lead triage, onboarding - and turning it into a system that runs itself. Sometimes that's a CRM flow. Lately, more often, it's an AI agent. The job is the same either way: figure out what the business actually needs, then ship the thing.I live in the messy middle - cross-functional projects, competing priorities, and complex technical solutions that need to make sense to engineers and executives in the same conversation. My specialty is translating the needs of a business into clean systems, automated workflows, and strategy leadership can act on.I've led a services-to-SaaS transition from the inside, run the CRM restructure that made it work, and ship internal tooling with Claude Code as a daily build partner.
