GTM Engineer · I built the data Clay and Apollo don’t have, plus the AI-agent system for ICP scoring, lead scoring, intent tracking, qualification, enrichment and personalised multichannel outreach drafting
About
My market is finite-TAM, high-ACV — small, and every account worth a lot. Apollo and Clay return almost nothing in it. Food export is where I hit this problem; it isn't the only market shaped like this.So I built the data myself. Company registries, customs records, trade-fair directories — ten source types per country, mapped across 32 countries. Nobody sells this list. I had to build it.Then I built the system that runs on it. Companies two brands, one github repo — Nine stages, sourcing through outreach, with a person in the loop at the steps that actually need judgement.I didn't write the code by hand. I specified what the system should do — the rules, the guardrails, who could access what — and directed Claude Code to build it. That's the actual skill — not typing, deciding. Within 2 months of the system built 322 companies sourced. 230 scored. 155 verified against registry evidence, not marketing claims.Made the whole system possible for multi tenant (new client live) from a single command, each with their own branding and their own data. What I don't have yet is a reply-rate number — outbound never got real volume behind it, and I'd rather say that than dress up a small one. Some markets are like mine — thin data, high stakes per account. Others have plenty of data and just need someone who can work it properly. Either way, that's the kind of problem I like solving. Always glad to compare notes.
