I have a keen interest in leveraging technology in HR and have worked in the areas of HR strategy, Talent management, Career and Performance management, Talent acquisition, and Total rewards. Some of the projects I have worked on have given me the experience to set up HR practices and policies from scratch, collaborate with technical teams to create products for HR, making HR nimble by leveraging on agile practices, work with global counterparts and bring diversity perspective and elevate the HR business partner role to be a key contributor to the growth of the organization.
