My focus is on helping organizations harness the next frontier of intelligent automation across supply chain, finance, and customer service—accelerating value realization for Fortune 500 companies through next-gen technologies and intelligent agents. My expertise lies at the intersection of technology and domain—particularly in supply chain—where I combine deep industry knowledge with advanced AI capabilities to modernize core operations, drive growth, unlock tangible business value and identify win themes. My scope spans solution strategy, market execution, and ecosystem partnerships with hyperscalers like AWS and Microsoft. Previously, I held a COO-like role for a high-growth practice within IBM Consulting, where I launched proprietary AI offerings—including IBM Consulting’s Supply Chain Ensemble, a signature transformation framework that integrates data, AI, and automation. Over the years, I’ve built new practices from the ground up, led complex large-scale transformation programs across global markets, and advised some of the world’s leading brands. I bring a blend of strategic vision, operational depth, and execution rigor to every initiative I lead.
