COVID hitting allowed me expand my skills by working on our online webchat sales teams aswell as working on our TSAR (Voice team) for sales. This allowed me to find my first HQ role working as a Capacity/Planning Analyst for Data & Analytics which allowed me to focus on a component I really wanted to enhance, stakeholder management. I then managed to land a new position in Network Operations as an Operational Efficiency Specialist. I managed to enhance my stakeholder management experience at a more senior level while managing budgets and contracts, always looking to find ways to work more efficiently as a team and identifying opportunities to save money and presenting to senior managers. Alongside working for Vodafone, also going to work with the YMCA in the USA as an Assistant Director. This allowed me to experience a hands on operational approach, managing the daily operations of running a summer camp, aswell as being a line manager for up to 32 staff. This provided me with experience of being a leader aswell as a role model to not only staff but also the children who attended the site.
