The through-line isn't the industries; it's the job I keep doing inside them. I spot structural problems before they have names, build systems that solve them, and write the runbook so the system outlasts At Adobe, I lead Specialist GTM Strategy and AI transformation for the Americas Product Specialist organization. My work lives where sales strategy, organizational behavior, and enterprise AI adoption meet. In practice, that means helping large organizations turn emerging technology into ways of working that people actually I'm particularly interested in:• How AI changes what makes leaders credible• How adoption spreads socially inside organizations, peer to peer, the way stories do• Who captures the time AI gives back, and what happens when optimization becomes the goal• How to build operational systems that remain useful while everything around them is changingOutside of work, I volunteer with urban farms that employ adults with developmental disabilities. That experience has shaped how I think about systems: build scaffolding for capability, not around I also come from a multigenerational farming family on Long Island's North Fork.
