I have never had a straight line career and I never wanted I started in data and analytics, moved into customer retention and lifecycle marketing, and eventually found myself owning the systems and operations that tie all of it together.

Every move taught me something the previous role could not. That lateral growth is what made me good at what I do Because I have worked across data, retention, acquisition, and operations, I understand the full picture before I build anything. That tends to make the things I build more useful and longer The last couple of years have been some of the most interesting of my career. Working across different organizations and industries gave me real exposure to how fast the GTM and automation landscape is changing. I have been learning and building with AI and new tools in actual environments, not in theory. This is keeping me current in ways that I am always open to the right opportunity.
