As CEO and co-founder of a tech company for 12 years, I turned strategy into measurable execution: ARR x4 in the last few years, peak revenues above 5 M, operations across dozens of countries, 50,000+ users, and more than €10 M in funding raised. I led P&L, OKRs, product roadmap, go-to-market, and operational automation — aligning growth, customer experience, and efficiency. Previously, I launched from scratch the residential and commercial solar business unit for SunEdison across EMEA and LATAM, defining the business model, channel, technology, and operations — first deployed in Italy and later scaled internationally. Earlier at Siliken, I led the R&D department (20–24 people), restructured it into a matrix organization, and launched new lines such as energyBox, projected at €40 M in 2011.
