Over the past 15+ years, I’ve led large-scale transformation initiatives across complex enterprise environments — aligning business models, processes, and platform architecture to enable scalable and efficient revenue operations. My work spans business architecture, system design, and platform strategy — translating evolving GTM and monetization models into structured, implementable solutions across CRM, CPQ, ERP, and integration layers. I’ve worked extensively on simplifying highly customized Q2C ecosystems, rationalizing product and pricing structures, and establishing strong data and integration foundations to support global operations. More recently, I’ve been actively working on applying AI within the Q2C space — particularly in areas like intelligent document processing, validation frameworks, decision support, and operational automation. The focus is on making systems more adaptive, context-aware, and data-driven. From an enterprise architecture perspective, I’m focused on evolving Q2C platforms toward more event-driven, API-first, and AI-ready ecosystems — balancing scalability, maintainability, and long-term platform strategy. Along the way, I’ve led cross-functional teams, worked closely with business and technology stakeholders, and driven alignment across organizations to deliver practical, high-impact outcomes. I’m particularly interested in solving complex, real-world problems in revenue systems and shaping them into architectures that are sustainable, flexible, and ready for what’s next.
