I help companies turn go-to-market strategy into a predictable, repeatable, and scalable revenue engine. My background spans RevOps, Sales Ops, systems, and analytics, but I’ve found my greatest impact comes from partnering with leadership to align people, process, and data. Today, I run RevOps across two business units, reporting to the CFO and partnering directly with Sales leaders to drive forecasting accuracy, deal strategy, compensation design, KPI governance, and GTM planning. I also lead the architecture of the revenue operating model—from segmentation and territories to pipeline, delivery, and billing workflows. What motivates me is building clarity where there is ambiguity, and operational scale where there is chaos. When done right, RevOps becomes not just a support function, but a strategic engine for growth.
